All private and public projects needs prior studies to assess the feasibility and estimate the outcomes before implementation. These studies vary according to the type, requirements and the target of the project owner.

Such studies are divided as follows:

1- Quick and brief studies that focus mainly on the project cost. Such studies are usually for private construction      projects as private houses and buildings.

2- Semi-detailed studies for projects which require drawings, designs and ideas for placing the pieces of      sanitary parts, ceramics and lighting devices and in the optimum locations in the building.

3- The detailed studies which are comprehensive ones for specifications and suggestions prepared by Al Fadda     group according to the spacifications and ideas of the designer and consultant of the project. This type of     studies is for gaint projects as hospitals, commercial and accommodation compounds, airports and big     affices buldings.
